Advanced Asphalt
This two-week course covers the preparation for placement and compaction of hot mix asphalt.
Subject matter in this course includes:
Surface preparation
Graduates must demonstrate proficiency in the care and use of asphalt- related tools as well as a working knowledge of establishing controls and making adjustments for quality asphalt placement.
Prerequisite- Successful completion of C-2
