Hughie Boggs
Hughie has been a LIUNA member since 1992 and an instructor since
2009. Hughie teaches the Environmental
classes
as well as the Safety classes. Hughie is a member of
Local #83 Portsmouth, Ohio.
Ron Mayle
LIUNA member for over 20 years. Instructor
since 2004. Ron teaches the A classes, which include measuring and leveling, introduction to transits and pipe laying and the C classes. Ron is a member of Local #1015 Canton,
Ohio.
Michele Davis
LIUNA member since 1982. Instructor
since 2004. Michele teaches the A classes, the C classes, and the Evironmental classes. She has extensive experience in many phases of construction work. Michele is a
member of Local #894 in Akron, Ohio.
Tom McCabe
LIUNA member since 1978. Instructor
since 1993. Tom teaches the A classes, B classes, the Safety classes
and several of the Advanced courses, including Air-trac
drilling, Directional drilling, Horizonal boring,
Tunneling, Gunite and Advanced Gunite. Tom is a certified instructor and a member of
Local #265 Cincinnati, Ohio.
John Meade
LIUNA member since 1984. Member of Local 758, Lorain, Ohio. John started at the training center in 2003 and teaches the Environmental classes, the B classes as well as some Safety and Advanced classes.
Brad Railing
LIUNA member since 1974. Instructor
since 1990. Brad teaches the C classes and the
Environmental classes as well as the Safety classes and
several Advanced classes such as Directional drilling and
Plastic Pipe Fusion. Brad is a Certified Instructor and
has a BA Degree in Labor Education. Brad is a member of
Local #1216 Mansfield, Ohio.
Dennis Underwood
LIUNA member since 1975. Instructor
since 2002. Dennis teaches the A classes, the Safety Classes
and the Environmental classes. He also does several of
the Advanced courses, including Rigging Practices, Advanced Instruments, Blueprints and
Advanced Grade Checking. Dennis has an Associates Degree in
Surveying AND Construction Management. Dennis is a member of Local #265
Cincinnati, Ohio.
Matt Flynn
LIUNA member since 1993. Member of Local 530, Zanesville, Ohio. Matt started at the training center in 2006 and teaches the B and C classes and most of the Safety classes. Matt has a BS Degree in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University.
Carl Stevens
LIUNA member since 1985. Carl started at the training center in 2007 and teaches the B classes, which include scaffolding and mason tending, pneumatic tools and demolition burning and some of the Advanced classes such as Scaffold Builder. Carl is a member of Local #1216 in Mansfield, Ohio.
